Your Onlyfresh account
On the Only Fresh website, you can browse products and make a purchase either as a GUEST or as a REGISTERED USER. However, we believe it is better to register in order to enjoy loyalty benefits and advantages. To register as a user, we only ask for the essential information: First Name, Last Name, and email address. You can also register through your Facebook, Google, or Amazon account. Once you have registered, we will send you a Welcome email, and you will be able to add or modify your information by accessing your account.

Purchase process
On our website, you will find products for dogs, cats, and rodents, divided by age, variety, and special diets. We offer you the possibility to search for our products easily through two options:
• Navigate from the main banner, selecting the category of your choice, from which you can filter and find the desired product.
• Use the product search bar located at the top right of our page and enter the product you want to find.
Each item will offer various types of combinations: format, product weight, color, etc.
How to add a product to the cart?
Once you have chosen the item, select the weight, the quantity you wish to purchase, and click the “Add to cart” button.
How to place an order?
From the cart, select “CHECKOUT” and log in as a user to proceed with payment and choose shipping options. If you wish to place the order as a GUEST, select “First time at Onlyfresh?” and then COMPLETE PURCHASE.
Once you finish your purchase, we will send you an order confirmation email containing information about the purchased products, a detailed indication of the price and payment method, information about shipping costs, and the selected delivery address.
If you wish to cancel your order or modify the address, please contact our Customer Service team. Remember that once the purchase is confirmed, you have a maximum of 3 hours to request any changes or cancellations.
What payment method can I use to make my purchase?
We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.
Why might my credit card be declined?
If you have made a payment with a debit or credit card and the transaction was declined, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- One of the card numbers was entered incorrectly. Check the number to ensure it is correct.
- The card has expired. Verify that your card is still valid.
- Your card is not enabled for online purchases (CES) or the purchase limit has been exceeded. Contact your bank.
Can I get an invoice in my company’s name?
Yes, you can. You must contact us to request it. You can do so through our different communication channels.

Where can I receive my order?
You can receive it at the postal address of your choice or at a Parcel Shop. When the order arrives at the logistics operator’s facilities, you will receive an email allowing you to change the address or, if you wish, modify the delivery date.
What is the home delivery process?
Once the order has been placed, we will send you an order confirmation email, followed by a second email with the tracking number from the logistics operator, where you can track your order at any time. You can also track your order from your account on Onlyfresh.com.
How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?
The shipping costs will depend on the area where the package is to be delivered. The rates and conditions for free shipping will be calculated automatically during checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Generally, they range between 24 and 72 business hours for shipments within mainland Spain and between 4 and 5 days for the Balearic Islands and Portugal. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Formentera, Ceuta, or Melilla. More information will be shown directly during the purchase process.
Can I track the status of my order?
Once the order has been placed, we will send you an order confirmation email, followed by a second email with the tracking number from the logistics operator, where you can track your order at any time. You can also track your order from MY ACCOUNT on Onlyfresh.com in the ORDERS section.

How can I return my order?
Within 14 days, any product can be returned as long as it is in optimal condition, with the return costs to be paid by the customer, which will be indicated during the return process. Onlyfresh will cover these costs only if the product is defective, incorrect, or has internal anomalies.
To request a return, please contact the Customer Service department, providing your order number and the reason for the return. You can do this through our different communication channels.
